OUR COMPANY
American Morse Equipment is Doug Hauff, W6AME, and San Luis
Machine Company. After working in machining and engineering
starting in 1972, Doug opened San Luis Machine in 1986. Since 1996
we have been designing and manufacturing precision products for radio
amateurs at our facility in San Luis Obispo, California. We use
modern CNC equipment to produce products of the highest quality and
precision, which leads us to:

The Porta Paddle has been updated with a change in the adjustment
securing system. The 4-40 nuts & custom wrench are replaced with
compression springs. The springs maintain the adjustments while
allowing instant adjustment, no wrench needed! The assembly manual
will be updated shortly to reflect the change. Yes, update kits will
be available!
